Diane Stegmeier Speaks on Changing Workspaces in the Healthcare Field

boma

Stegmeier Consulting Group Founder and CEO Diane Stegmeier was featured in a panel discussion at the 2015 Medical Office Buildings and Diane StegmeierHealthcare Facilities Conference.  The event was put on by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Diane’s seminar was entitled “Best Practices in Administrative Space” and she and her fellow panelists will discussed how non-clinical space is rapidly evolving to keep up with the changes and trends in the healthcare field.

Healthcare providers today are tasked with delivering higher quality care at lower costs, and the needs for high levels of efficiency are being reflected in leaner office designs in administrative spaces.  Having been involved in numerous workplace change initiatives across a variety of fields, Diane provided her insight as to how medical professionals can plan and adapt to open environments that are developed to encourage transparency, communication, and increased productivity.

The conference spanned from April 29th to May 1st  2015 in Cleveland, OH.
